Returns Policy

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. We are always here to help.

So if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from us, simply return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

We regret that unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund any post & packing charges.

Items are not sold on a “sale or return” basis.

To return faulty items to us,  contact mike@mikenorman.co.uk and we will arrange the collection of the items using UPS, and we will exchange the item for you.

To return a non-faulty item to us within 14 days of purchase, you should contact us by email at mike@fotosource.co.uk and you will receive a Returns Number, prior to you sending.
